1. What kinds of payments methods are accepted on mediacenterpk.com?

A. Currently due to a lack of credit card support gateway, we are only accepting cash, check or pay order to be deposited in our accounts before we ship out the ordered product. We do accept credit and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo at our physical locations throughout Karachi.


2. Why are some products priced higher on mediacenterpk.com when compared with other vendors?

A. We get this questions a lot especially regarding our iPhone 5c, 5s, 6 and 6 plus pricing. The reason is simple, after the iPhone launches globally, and after some time passes, these local vendors start reducing prices to stay competitive. In the process they compromise by replacing the original accessories inside the box like charging cables, adapter and/or headphones with fake ones. Also the iPhone may be stolen / restricted to work in other countries. So if you buy cheap from local vendors, and travel abroad to find out your iPhone doesn't register on the local network, this means it's IMEI is blocked in that country, due to iPhone being reported lost or stolen. At MediaCenter customer trust and confidence is very important, so we make sure we only sell genuine and authentic products on our site and physically at our stores.

4. What is your return policy for orders placed on MediaCenter website?

A. You may return the item in the condition in which it was received, with all original packaging intact to receive a full refund within 5 business days. Customer agrees to pay shipping charges if any. If a package has been opened a re-stocking fee between 25%-35% depending on product within 5 day period. Please call us prior to returning if product packaging has been opened. 


5. When does the ordered product leave MediaCenter warehouse and in how long can i expect to receive it?

A. Once payment has been received, in most cases products are shipped the very same day. However if in a case of a product being back ordered, MediaCenter shall advise the customer on estimated shipping lead time and delivery before the customer agrees to deposit the payment in our account.
