Shipping policy

Delivery areas and times

• Same-day delivery is available in selected areas of Karachi, including DHA and Clifton, for orders confirmed before 2PM, during business days, excluding holidays of any kind. 
• For other areas of Karachi, we confirm the delivery time when we confirm your order.
• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery outside Karachi usually takes 2 to 4 days.

Delivery charges

Delivery is generally free. If a delivery charge applies to your order, we will tell you before you confirm it.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery address, price and availability before we dispatch it.

Payment methods

• Cash on delivery
• Cash or credit card at our showroom
• Card payment through a card machine brought by our rider, in limited areas of Karachi such as DHA and Clifton
• IBFT (online bank transfer) and ATM transfer
• Cheque and pay order
• International wire transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer, cheque or pay order are dispatched once the payment is confirmed or cleared.

Receiving your order

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging looks damaged or the product is not what you ordered, contact us straight away on 021-35891394 or WhatsApp 0301 0189634.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or public holidays are outside our control, and we will keep you informed.
