1. About us

This website is operated by Media CenterPK (MediaCenter, we, us). You can reach us on 021-35891394 or info@mediacenterpk.com. Our showroom address is on our Visit Us page.

2. Orders

Placing an order on our website, or contacting us to buy, is a request to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we confirm the price, availability and payment arrangements with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order, we will return any payment you have made for it.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in Pakistani rupees unless we tell you otherwise. Prices shown or quoted are indicative and may change without notice until your order is confirmed. Some products are marked price on request, and we quote the current price when you contact us. Stock changes quickly, so availability is confirmed when you order.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed in our Shipping Policy. Pre-orders and coming-soon products may require an advance payment, and we will tell you before you pay.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are covered in our Return and Exchange Policy. All sales of iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch are final.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms are on our Warranty page.

8. Checking your product

You are responsible for checking the condition of your product, including for scratches and cosmetic blemishes, at the time of purchase or delivery, as explained in our Return and Exchange Policy.

9. Product information

Descriptions, specifications and images come from the manufacturer or are for illustration. Colours and details may vary slightly.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
